Ål IL was one of 12 clubs from Norway that had teams playing during Hallingcup futsal 2019. They participated with two teams in Gutter 16 år (født 2003) and Jenter 14 år (født 2005) respectively. The team in Jenter 14 år (født 2005) made it to the the Final in Slutspill A, but lost it against Gol IL 2 by 2-5.
In addition to this, Ål IL have participated in Hallingcup futsal before. During Hallingcup futsal 2018, Ål had 4 teams playing in Gutter 14 år (født 2004), Jenter 14 år (født 2004) and Jenter 17/18 år (født 2000) respectively. The team in Jenter 17/18 år (født 2000) made it to the the in Gruppespilland won it over Modum Fotballklubb by 1-0. Ål comes from ÅL which lies approximately 22 km from Gol, where Hallingcup futsal takes place. The area around ÅL does also provide four additional clubs participating during Hallingcup futsal 2019 (Hemsedal IL, Nesbyen IL, Torpo IL and Gol IL).
